This little extra is just funny and pointless but nice to see. It's about the Suzaku no Seishi and Seiyuu no Seishis going on a trip.

It's also to compensate for the part that was taken off in the TV series where all the guys has to dress up as women.

So you can see it in this little 15 minutes episode.There's not much to say about it. It's just a fun episode to watch. No connection to the origrinal stories. Only to the characters are originated from Fushigi Yuugi..
