Linda Mae's selection of homemade center panel baby quilts uses a center panel (applique and otherwise) based on a design theme and follows through with a complementing border based either on traditional quilt blocks or decorative quilting designs on a successive series of borders. Linda Mae has created these applique and other nursery and child quilts using cotton fabric and a 100% polyester fiber fill, quilting the center panel and borders to provide both highlighting and decoration in the quilt design. As with Linda Mae's other homemade quilts, you should be able to find an appropriate special gift for a new child or grandchild, an upcoming baby shower or to give to a relation or close friend. All cloth used in Linda Mae's quilts is pre-washed to eliminate shrinkage. Check out the NASCAR quilt for use as a wall hanging for NASCAR fans.
