Shipping - We ship using US First Class or Priority Mail - Typical delivery in the U.S. is 2 to 3 days.  Charges for shipping in U.S. are: $3.95 for orders under $10,  $5.95 for any orders from $10 to $49.99 and $6.95 for orders totaling $50 or more.  

Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged for shipments in New York

Credit Card Payments - If you wish to pay by credit card, click the PayPal "Add to Cart" button on the catalog pages. PayPal is a secure site. 

Questions - If you have a question regarding your order or any of our products, whether ordered by mail or credit card, feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail. 

Returns - We accept returns within 15 days of purchase (except on special order or customized items).  We do not refund shipping costs and there is a 15% handling charge on returns.  Returns must be unused and not soiled or they will not be accepted.

Custom Work - Sorry, but we no longer do any custom work.
