If you wish to pay by credit card, click the PayPal "Add to Cart" button on the catalog pages.  If you wish to pay by mail instead of using PayPal's credit card order ability, we suggest you print this order form, fill it out and mail to the address above with payment.  Sorry, but Linda Mae does not accept personal checks at this time.  Please send cashier's check or money order payable to "Linda Mae's Quilts". To print form, click on "File -  Print".   In event you don't have a printer, send us the requested information.  If you have a question regarding your order, whether ordered by mail or credit card, feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail. 

Please note - we accept returns within 15 days of purchase (except on special order items), but we do not resell those items.  Therefore, we don't refund shipping costs and there is a 15% handling charge on returns.  Returns must be unused and not soiled or they will not be accepted.

In the event that Linda Mae has questions regarding your order, we would appreciate if you would please note your e-mail address (if you have one) and your telephone number (with Area Code) on the form.
