Programs and Services
We manufacture and popularize the use of Hydraulic Ram Pump
Introduction:
Since its foundation in 2002, Life 4 Water didn't make the lack of external funds a limiting factor in its operation and delivery of services to the rural communities where government basic social services barely reach. Life 4 Water defines its programs for the next five years in the context of "Water: Bridging the Divides." Socio-economic, political, cultural  as well as interfaith and inter-ethnic divides among others hamper community growth. To address this, Life 4 water believes, that foremost to community development in the Philippines should be geared towards poverty alleviation. The organization believes in multi-component intervention program. In this context, Lifef 4 Water identifies water as an entry point to a wholistic community development. It is on this premise that the programs and services of the organization have been based upon.

Programs
Water, Empowerment, Life and Livelihood or WELL is the core program of this institution.

Water means to provide rural communities eacy aceess to safe drinking water by using easy to manage, cost effective water system

Empowerment is initially the transfer of appropriate technology and knowledge to the community so as to offset their lack of formal education. Lack of information and technical know-how make them very vulnerable. Increased knowledge and updated information help develop their confidence.

Life means as an outcome of the water and sanitation project the quality of life of the people is improved. Proper hygiene is promoted and care for environment is instilled.

Livelihood, from the water projects, we help them develop livelihood program such as but not limited to:  backyard fishpond, vegetable gardening and rice production.

Strategy
The organization adopts a two-pronged strategy. To accomplished its mission, the organization has this
Institutional Strategy: "We help improved life to sustain water; we enhance water system to empower people; we help empower people to gain livelihoods.

In order to attain its goals, Life 4 Water adopts a
Productive Collaboration Strategy. This means that Life 4 Water empowers the communities by transferring knowledge and skills and together they negotiate with other NGOs and local government units for collaborative financial and/or technical supports in the subsequent implementation. For instance, a rural village is in need of water. Life 4 Water, in most case, pro bono organizes a community water team and trains them in water planning. With a water plan, together they approach local chief executives and head of NGOs, In a water conference representatives of this entities meet and formally discuss the counterparts to be poured in by each entity for the realization of the project.
