This is Dr. James Samuel of whom so often I have heard renown. James has been a heart and brain doctor for the past several years. Prior to this he has studied medicine with specialists all over the world, from Africa to Paris and from Brazil to Los Angeles. He has medical doctorates in Podiatric, Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Chemistry, Biology, Immunology, Immunohematology, Microbiology, Allied Health, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Neurobiology and Veterinary medicine. A calm and reserved man, James has functioned as a diplomat for many years in Rome, and Venice.
Samuel spent several years with the Clan, in an attempt to lower hostilities with the Bruah, after the massacre of Carthage. This work led to him acting as an ambassador & diplomat for clan, sect and mortal politics.
Samuel came to Ontario in the 1800's just prior to the founding of Country of Canada, and has traveled between Canada and the United States for the past 200 years. He has lead the world through his research, and medical advancements.
Dr. Samuel was the head of Canada's medical emergency units during both the First and Second World War. James Samuel has been the head of the hospital of Sick Children in Toronto for the past 2 years.
Prior to an incidence with Warlord Kharlamov and Prince Lucienne, Samuel served as the cities Sheriff, and then keeper. He departed the city shortly after that.
