Will Mackenzie was the former sheriff of Ottawa. As a wellknown, feared, Ventrue he was credited with doing his job efficiently and brutally, swiftly bringing the prince's justice down upon any who would oppose him. Mackenzie was known to love his city, but was also known to regularly visit Toronto on business until the Ottawa fell to the Sabbat. Mackenzie was credied with saving the life of many of Ottawa's kindred in the fight, and his life was saved in turn by Orville Godhew. When Mackenzie finally gave up the fight and accepted that the Sabbat had won, he fell into a slump lasting nearly 6 months, in which he would sit catatonic for hours on end doing nothing. When he awoke Mackenzie discovered that the Lupines had control of Ottawa and began a personal mission to re-take the city. Mackenzie served for some time under Godhew as Seneschal, and then served a brief stint as Prince of Toronto. He was deposed in May 2003 by Justicar Lethbridge-Stuart and has since dissapeared.
