Cadiver came to the city during the summer of 2003 with Serinity. No knew much about him but he did refer to him skill with money. Before Lord Prince DeAMoN KhaRN's disappearance he would be seen meeting with him every gathering but Cadiver never really seemed to play or talk about any of the politics of the city.
Now that Kharn has disappeared cadaver has jumped into action diving right into the politics of the city and his views have been made clear to all that are willing to listen.
