Renaulf, a pompous elder with a love for classical music, who won his position from political assassinations and luck. His life is about as mysterious as a blank page that shows all kinds of sigils when exposed to strange spectrums of light. Beobachter was an elder prince whose only real flaw was a lack of adaptability and creativity. His feud with rival Daviday Dicillio cost the Camarilla greatly, losing the territory completely, and virtually destroying almost the entire Camarilla population. His position was replaced by Johan Rydell who ruled about as well as a slightly retarded chimpanzee, disgracing the position in his absence. Renaulf approached the city on several occasions in an attempt to resecure his power and build his reputation. He failed. It has been witnessed that he has died at the hands of archrival Dicillio at least twice. Causing concern about his presence in the city, Prince DeAMoN KhaRN himself stated that, "If Mr. BeoBachter IS still alive, he is no longer Acknowledged in Toronto as per the city's restructuring in May 2003. I doubt he will be an issue in the future."
