Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: How do I become a member? A: We're working on membership applications right now. Individual members will be able to join
for $25.00 and get a spiffy card and some guild stuff as well as membership access to certain parts of the
website (coming soon). Organizational members will be able to join for $100.00, which will get you
three individual memberships, advertising space on an upcoming organization sponsorship page, and
participation in the PUCK cataloging consortium project. Q: Do I have to be a librarian to join? A: No, but it might help. A lot of what we'll be doing here may involve a lot of technical library jargon, and could be extremely boring to those who are just looking for hot new Pagan book titles. However, there's room at the table for everyone and if you're just looking to chat about hot new Pagan book titles we've got a discussion group for you, PLG-Books. Q: What's in the logo? A: The PLG logo is an equilateral triangle inscribed in a circle. One of the three
monogram letters of the Pagan Library Guild lies in each third of the circle. An
open book lies in the center of the triangle, and the two sigils on the pages of the book
represent the words "Sapientia Nostra" meaning "Our Wisdom." These sigils were drawn
using the 9 by 9 square of the moon. Q: Who do I contact if I have other questions? A: Our questions inbox is located at: [email protected]. We'll try and get back to you as quickly as possible. © Pagan Library Guild, 2004 |
