If I understand correctly, it's okay to post links; only when the stuff is right here on the forum board is it a violation of the FPP. Correct me if I'm wrong, somebody.
The FPP states:
"�the scope of topics will be limited by disallowing� Posts that contain content or links in violation of international laws." And that "�solicitations of a commercial nature will be removed at the sole discretion of moderators."
I understand that a measure of latitude is warranted on those points. What constitutes a violation of international laws is debatable. Also, what amounts to unwanted solicitation? Is it improper to ask H2O participants if they want to buy some old publication you might personally hold? IMO, probably not. On the other hand, if you used H2O as an advertising banner for an enterprise in selling older publications then you might be in obvious violation of the FPP whether it was just a link or not, IMO.
