In my opinion someone must be using H2O as a commercial marketing tool in order to violate the FPP regarding commercial solicitation. Banners on sites like GeoCities are roadside billboards, not the subject of the site. If the subject of the site and the reason for providing the link is commercial then the link might violate H2O�s FPP. However, all of this is pretty tame considering that commercialization is perhaps the least of H2O�s present woes. Presently there is a full court press toward reeducating participants on H2O�s FPP and getting more civility onto H2O forums. The hope is that eventually more will be encouraged to lurk and participate.
Mature adults can argue and debate without being disagreeable, immature adults and children cannot.
