No it doesn't. Read it again. It says
"Posts that contain content or links in violation of international laws"
The expression "links in violation" is different than saying "links to material that violates". To justify, the link itself must violate copyright. It's hard to imagine any link that does, but whatever the
case, it doesn't refer to links to material some see ascopyright violations.
