I would now like to take the time to explain to you uppity apostates out there what the real problem is with your posts. When you post rational, logical, Watchtower supported indictments of the doctrine of the WBTS, you disturb the preconceived notions that JW's have about apostates. In the JW world, apostates are presented as ranting fools, carrying signs outside of assemblies, as possessed by the Devil as one can be in the Twentieth Century. These "good" apostates are willing to ride in the back of the H2O bus, as long as they get to post their material. In exchange for their cooperation, their posts are allowed to stay.
As an example of this, consider the case of Gary, and contrast it with Shawn. Gary's posts, in my opinion, border on the incoherent. They are long, rambling, illogical rants, often with star maps that delay their loading, and impose excessive fees on the electronically disadvantaged. They are allowed to stay, however, because Gary represents what JW's want to see in an apostate. His posts are perfect for their purposes, that of demonstrating that there is no reason or logic in the apostate world. Now consider the grief that Shawn has received for her large posts. The only difference is that Shawn's posts are well thought out criticisms of the WBTS.
Clearly, Shawn does not "know her place." What is wanted from us as apostates is not thoughtful arguments, supported by facts, but rants, with us electronically foaming at the mouth, thus providing loyal JW's with the reassurance that they are not mistaken. It is very disturbing to the JW defenders when we refuse to move to the back of the H2O bus, but they also know that there are not enough riders among themselves to make H2O the forum that it is. What will they do?
