In our school, we introduce the democratic values by encouraging the students (from grade 1 - 12) to form their own "government" and "representative system" to handle their own daily issues, such as arranging extra curricular activities, settling differences and conflict and channeling their opinion and suggestion for the School Board. A "Student President" who is elected annually by the whole elementary level population heads the" government. The President then appointed several "student ministers" to form a student government. In each class a "senator" is elected every month and act as representative of the class.
