Deposits (and any tourney fees paid) will be fully refunded if we receive notice more than 10 days before your tournament date that your team is withdrawing.  Tournament fees only will be refunded if we receive notice by 5:00 pm on the Monday before your tournament date. 

 

The full tourney fee is due by 5:00 pm on the Monday before your tournament date.  This is also the point of no return-- if you have not informed us before this time that your team is withdrawing, you owe the full tourney fee, regardless of whether you have paid on time.  Any possibility of partial refunds after that will be based on how soon you inform us and whether we can get a replacement team.  Please email if you need an extention or would like to pay at the tournament.

 

This gives team that have injuries the prior weekend time to withdraw.  Unless you formally withdraw before that date, and make sure we know that, you agree to be responsible for the full tourney fee. 

 

It is your responsibility to notify us that you are withdrawing and make sure we've received notification.  You may email lemonyspring -at- gmail -dot- com and call 205-249-5142.  Close to or after any deadline, do both.  You will receive confirmation by the end of the day, or by the next day if after 5:00 pm.  If you don't receive confirmation, please contact us again.

 

Your deposit will be held until after the tournament and returned if your team shows up, plays its games, and doesn't break any major tourney rules.  Deposit checks will not be cashed until after the tournament.  Paypal deposits will be returned to your account.

 

 

If you think there is a chance your team might have to drop out, either before or after any deadline, please let us know as soon as possible.

Tournament fee is $210 per team.  All divisions are planned for two days.  If any divisions have to be reduced to one day for any reason, the fee will be $125.

 

The full tourney fee is due by 5:00 pm on the Monday before your tournament date.  Email if you need an extention or would like to pay at the tournament.  After this point, there are no refunds and the full tourney fee is owed.
