From Providence:

18 miles, :25 minutes

Take Interstate 95 south toward NYC.
After 12 miles, take left exit #9 (Newport/S. County) onto route 4 south.
Immediately (1/4 mile) take right exit #8 (East Greenwich, route 401).
Turn right off ramp onto Division Street/route 401. Follow this road for just over two miles. Don't turn left where Division Street splits off; stay straight to lights at route 1 south. Gas station on right corner.
Turn right and go one half mile to next lights. Turn left at lights onto Old Forge Road. This becomes Ives Road. Go past equestrian entrances and look for Goddard Memorial Park main entrance on left (1.75 miles from lights).
Turn left before gate house for parking or continue past gate house and turn left, crossing main road, to park under trees.
Main captains meeting/tourney HQ is at the gazebo.
For bathrooms, continue past gate house and turn left at split. Bathrooms are in the red building next to field 8. There is another set of bathrooms farther down that road at fields 9-12.

From Boston:

67 miles, 1:20

Take Interstate 95 south to Providence. Follow directions from Providence.

From Cape Cod/east:

Take I-495 to route 195 west to Providence. Get on Interstate 95 south (left exit). Follow directions from Providence.

From south/west route 95:

Take Interstate 95 north to route 4 south (Warwick/East Greenwich, RI). Follow directions from Providence.

Park rules:

No alcohol.

Do not drive on fields.

Carry out all your own trash.

Park closes at sunset.

Beach open with no lifeguards. Bath house/showers by beach closed until May.

Dogs okay, but must be on leash at all times.

Post-tourney:

There are many restaurants near the fields.

On the left as you exit via Ives Road is the Parkside Pub. Chianti's Italian restaurant is below. Next to that is Fat Belly's Pub.

At the end of Ives Road, turn right onto Rt.1/Main Street and go through lights into East Greenwich. There's a plaza on the left with a CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, and Tio Mateos Mexican Grille (pretty good and fast). Continue past for many more restaurants, coffee shops, pizza, delis, and bars including Steve's Filipo's Twisted Pizza and another Fat Belly's Isish Pub. Turn right on King Street and head toward the bay for seafood and more scenic options.

At the end of Ives Road, turn left onto Rt. 1/Post Road toward Warwick. There's a plaza on the left with Benny's department store and Siena Italian restaurant. Ronzio Pizza & Subs on right. Continue along Post Road for more, including Mozarella's Italian Grille on left, Subway on right, End Zone Pub on right, Felicia's coffee & bagel shop on right. Bear right at split onto 402/Frenchtown Road for supermarkets-- Dave's on right, Stop & Shop on left. Continue on 402 to get back on route 4.
