 My name is Crystal and I am 20 years old. I built this website because, like so many people in the world, I feel like I don't do my job very well as a witness to God's great plan of salvation. Sometimes I don't feel like I am adequately skilled to convey such an important message. But then I realized something...God gave me a talent for writing, and a love for computers and I really think he wants me to use it! So...viola...then came The Facts website! I have been a born again Christian since right after I was adopted at 7 years old. My (adoptive) dad actually led me to Christ during my bed time prayers one night. However, it was a long time before I realized the importance of that decision. After I moved to Minnesota in September of 2001, I found a really cool church in my town and within a year I joined the church and became baptized. I also joined youth group and became involved in ministries at the church. It provided me a wonderful sense of fulfillment knowing that God can use anyone - even me - to do his work! I have come so far in my walk, but I still have far to go. The biggest thing God has been teaching me is that even though I may not be strong, He is...and his strength is made perfect in weakness! He is also teaching me about his amazing love and how it really never changes...even when I don't deserve it. It is a lesson I learn over and over...(maybe someday I'll get it right!) My passions are writing and reading, and I also love working with kids. My major in college is actually elementary education. At my church, I am a puppeteer for the children's service.
