As I said in Where In The World, there are five other teams that play in the area. In some cases the rivalry only goes as far as friendly banter, insults and jokes between groups of fans. Albion fans tend to have this kind of relationship with Walsall fans. But, in some cases this rivalry is much more seriousa matter of pride and honour that general involves severe use of strong language, not wearing shirts in certain areas through fear of being beat up and in some times violence. Albion tends to have this relationship Wolves. If you click on the team below, you'll get a brief history of the club, star men, chants sung about them by Albion fans and the results of past matches between them and the Baggies. |
