Online Comics That Are Worth A Look
Yes, it's true.   Not only do I role-play and read comic books, I also read on-line comics. Aren't I sad? But please, no pity.  I have a problem, and I'm dealing with in the only way I know how.  By slowly adding more and more sites to my bookmark page.  These are a few of them.  Enjoy.
Sluggy Freelance.  My second on-line comic ever.  It's a B&W except on Sundays when you get a huge (lots of extra panels here folks) color strip.  It's one of the oldest , I think, and has a huge following.  The characters are funny and have all sorts of silly and strange adventures together.  Plus there's a switch blade wielding mini-lop (that's a kind of bunny for those not in the know about rabbit types).  I believe it has even begun to be translated into different languages it so popular.  This ones a daily worth the five seconds of download.
Kevin and Kell.  In a world where the animals are the people and herbavors avoid carvinors in order to secure their very existance, who would have thought that a rabbit and a wolf would fall in love and get married?  But they did in this world of anthorpomorphic beasties.  The family includes one large rabbit (Kevin), his adopted daughter who happens to be a hedgehog (Linsefarne), One large wolf (Kell), and her son (Rudy), and their daughter together who has a rabbit's body and a wolf's appetite (Coney).  Got all that? This one is pretty cute, so make what you want of that.
Supermegatopia.  I know, I know. It's already on the links site. But let's face facts, my entire site is one huge link site.  This one is worth a double helping of links.  The creator of the Lindsey-dillo, and all around great guy does several on-line strips all found here.  These include, but are not limited to,  Supermegatopia: Kiwi Capital of the World.  The largest open air insane asylum.  It's full of cheescake and other breast filled goodness, and weasels! Check out chapter 14 for the lindsey-dillo's first voyage into the on-line comic book world! Really!  Also featured here is the story of Crushed The Doomed Kitty Adventures.  Crushed is a D&D adveturer type that dies alot, and gets reformed at the temple of infinite lives.  It's a hoot and a half as she gathers friends and allies that get her killed more often than they help her.
Penny Arcade.  Video gaming goodness.  I admit I don't play video games, I just can't get into them.  But I find these guys are worth it anyways.  They have funny stuff to say in their rants and great links to head off to, and the comic isn't bad either.  It's a tri-weekly in color with no continuity, just like video games!  Though that opinion might just be me mad about Wally hogging the computer all the time to play.  It's a hoot.  Just check out those links, they are so funny.
Megatokyo.  The art's great, the stories a little slow and the rants suck.  But for the art work, and Largo speaking !33T I stay.  Not much else to say.  Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it not.  It's a preference thing.
8-bit Theater.  It's funny. Don't read anymore, just GO!    What you're still reading?  I told you to get over there!  Don't make me repeat myself.  It's 8-bitty goodness.  Now GO!
Crt+Alt+Delete. Yeah it's popular, but that doens't that speak in its favor?  It's fun and sometimes follows a linear plot, sometimes not.  But Lillah is worth it, and 1st player vs. 2nd player are riot.  So suck it up and jump on board.
The Lair                         Anime Reviews                              Comics My Writing                             Links                                      Thanks                                            Banana War
The Order of the Stick.  Stick figures in a D&D world.  It doens't get much better than that!  Bet you can't guess who my facorite character is!  (hint - "Sneak Attack, bitch!)
