No restarts only
The concept of a bubble game is very simple. You buy a bubble in the specified cash range and then sit back and watch it rise up the list until it reaches the top...and 'pops'. When it pops you get your initial spend amound back PLUS an additional percentage extra! Be aware however that it can take some time for a bubble to pop on a list with no restarts. You can however buy as many bubbles as you like, it just means if you want to spend $10 here(for example) you have to buy five $2 bubbles...or ten $1 bubbles etc.
