	Updates = July 7, 2004 Members added, NEED MORE NEUTRALS AND HUMANS! Not accepting as many Indigos now, sorry... Updates = July 4, 2004 I've updated the information page, there are now a few more abilities and some have been renamed or added to. It may help you to read up if you have an ability that has been changed slightly. WE NEED MORE NEUTRALS/HUMANS. Please remember that if you are a new joiner person, or if you are planning on joining another character. I've added the feature of information pages on the members board, so if you'd like one just go to the inhabitants page and click one of my characters. Fill out the thing there with your character's info and give it to me on the OOC board. I'll add it asap. ^_^ Updates = July 3, 2004 If you haven't already noticed... WE HAVE A NEW LAOUT! Yay! Isn't it wonderful? I stayed up until midnight to complete it... so you better like it! ^_^ So, tell me what you think on the OOC board. Oh, and remember, I won't be accepting as many indigo joins. Updates = June 26, 2004 Here's the text box that all of the updates will go in. I can't believe I actually did it right! Well, I've gotten most of the pages up, but the boards are still to be made. I'm forced to use stupid VOY message thingies... I can't get most of the other message board creators to work for me. Well, I'll start getting those up right away. ^_^

			About the OOTS

Story In the year 2005, in an ordinary town called Riverwood with ordinary inhabitants, strange things were beginning to happen, things the world never previously experienced. Children were appearing with ashtonishing abilities: telepathy, telekinesis, fire conjuring, even healing and control of time! More and more parents were finding that their children were these amazing beings, called by many, the Indigos. Soon fear spread throughout the country, turning friends and family against eachother. Eventually the government began to see this as a potential threat. So, in hopes of preventing a future war, they created the Neutrals: a group of men and women who were ordered to seek out and 'Neutralize' the Indigos. Because of the severity of this procedure, many children were left brain damaged, paralysed or even dead. They fled their homes, sent into exile by their own parents, peers, and teachers. Yet, in 2022 a 17 year old Indigo, Evvy Reed, founded a group to protect the newly emerging race of psychics. The Lightworkers, as they called themselves, sought to find the children before the Neutrals and teach them to use their power for good, as they believed was their purpose. Disregarding their 'foolish' outlook, many tried to return to their old lives or retreated to the sewers and outskirts for safety.
