About Me
On this page, I'll share some of my personal information. If you've read my Dreams page, you already know where I grew up and some of my goals. Here I'll share a bit about what makes me who I am.
I love to be hugged! I also love hugging people. I enjoy quiet times with people I care about. I love to bond with my special pets. I'm in awe of nature and all her glory - so much so that I can never get enough. The sea, the mountains, the forests - these are places I really enjoy being. I love watching plants grow from seed. I love watching tides go in and out. I fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves or on a boat rocking me in gentle rhythms of the salt water flow. I love collecting shells and wiggling my toes in the sand by the water's edge. I love being high in the mountains at night, looking up at the millions of stars so close that I could almost reach out and touch them. I love flying. I don't have my pilot's license yet, but I still remember what it was like when I took lessons at age 22. I enjoy discovering all the little things in life that nature provides. I cherish friendships.
Hobbies & Interests:
- Animals - PIGS are my favorites. I have two adorable pot bellied pig pets. I also love dogs, fish & birds. Cats are cute but I can't live with them inside a house-I'm severely allergic!
- Nature - the sea, the forest, growing things, houseplants
- Size Acceptance - I'm a BBW (Big Beautiful Woman) and proud of it. I believe
that people should not be discriminated against for any reason, including their size.
Everyone has the right to be treated with respect.
- Disabled Rights - As a recently disabled person, I'm quickly finding out how
disabled folks are ignored.
- Science Fiction - the classic Star Trek series, Sci-Fi channel and
I also love the show, "Law & Order SVU!
- Cooking - I'm a pretty good cook,& I enjoy doing it-usually from scratch!
- Needlework - sewing, crochet, embroidery
- Computers - I've been interested in computers since I was a child,
and love to learn anything and everything about them,
especially graphics & HTML
- Music - I have a very ecclectic taste in music. It depends
on what I'm doing at the time. My music tastes go from New Age to Rock, Classical to
top 40, Gregorian Chants to AC/DC
- Crafts - I love trying new crafts & creating things in general. I also
like fixing things
- Collecting - I enjoy collecting pig figurines, lighthouses & shells from various beaches. Its always better to go to the place to find them!
- Last, but NOT Least - Good friends!

- People who push their religion down your throat
- Bigots
- Abusers of Animals or People
