| This is Jodi (maroon) and Hannah (yellow), Jodi was my roommate my freshman year and Hannah lived across the hall. This year, they are both roommates and they are living down the hall from me on 1st floor. Hannah was really cool to hang around. She was always open to anyone and she threw some great parties with Kathleen next door. She was also one of those people you could open up and talk to. I think that is what partially led Hannah and Jodi to being such good friends. Jodi is a music major like me but she is studying music education. She plays the flute and is also in the band @ UST. |
| This Jodi and Nick at the dorm last year in Hannah's room. Nick was one of those guys that everyone in the dorms met online before they actually met him in person. He is one of Hannah's good friends from Omaha. We all talked to him online for about 4 or 5 months before he actually came up to Minnesota to visit. We had some wild parties when he was there! |

| Marie is a communications major. She was my suite mate last year and we became great friends. She could tell you a million stories about last year but the one that we will always remember is when she met her future boyfriend Lars online through one of those online dating services. I am happy to announce that they have been going steady ever since. They are a really sweet couple. Marie and I agreed on almost every political issue and so we often asked eachother for help or advice or something like that. She would attempt to wake me up every day.. since my three alarm clocks didn't seem to accomplish that very well. |
| Alisha was also one of my roommates last year. She moved down the hall from Jodi and I sometime around second semester. So I always went to visit her and sometimes I even watched Midnight Love on COM with her. That was like the one show that she couldn't stay away from. She was short like my mom so I always gave her a hard time for that. I missed her as a roomie though because she was a neat freak and when I'm around a neat freak I become one as well. We still got to hang out though so it wasn't a big deal. Besides... she got a corner room all to herself! |

| This pic will probably remind everyone of all the times that we got stuck waiting on the elevator or waiting to get onto the elevator... That will be the best part about living on 1st floor this year. |

| Ok. I will admit that I blasted my music quite a bit. Sometimes it was cause it was a really good song or something, but I would also open my door and turn the speakers all the way up when I was depressed or mad... which was half of the friday and saturday nights unfortunately. I listened to a lot of different kinds so I was at least familiar with all the different music I heard when I moved in. |

| For some strange reason, many of the girls at school have a thing for cartoons, but especially Winnie the Pooh characters. It's kind of funny. Jodi and I actually had some Winnie the Pooh decorations on our window last year... Sometimes you wonder how you get addicted to T I double GER! :):) |

| This is my roommate this year. Her name is Nadine and she is a transfer student but she lives in Brooklyn Center. I met her only a few days ago but we are both very loud and outgoing so I think we will get along fine this year. I just got done rearranging the room for the umteenth time and it's starting to look like Home. I'm getting really anxious to start the school year now but I think it will all turn out ok. Hopefully. Anyway, Nadine and I finally got a couch from Karl (1st floor Cretin RA) who was throwing it out. Then I bought some cool covers for it at Target. It looks ok now. Before I put those on it was YELLOW! Icky!!! Now Nadine and I are trying to get a TV. Anyway, wish us luck this school year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
