Previous Litters

11 Black puppies (7 girls and 4 boys)

Litter includes:

CH Laketower Special K, TT (Juno)
Laketower Reese's PB Puffs, CD (Reese) major pointed, one leg CDX
Laketower Cap'n Crunch (Crunch) major pointed
Laketower Blueberry Morning, CGC, TT (Zoe) pointed
Laketower Smart Start (Liz) pointed
Laketower Trix (Trix)
Laketower Oatmeal (Cleats)
Laketower Farina Anniversary (Emma)
Laketower Lucky Charms (Maggie)
Laketower Boo Berry (Boo), deceased due to accident
Laketower Oreo-O's (KayC), deceased due to accident

The sire of this litter was the twice Pedigree Award winning, CH Addidas Alpha Monopoly, CGC, TT (Rocco) owned by our good friends, Winnie and Tom Reed. This litter was a line breed on several curlies - CH Summerwind's Jack-O-Lantern, CD, WC (Blazer), CH Addidas Brillo (Brillo), and New Zealand import, CH Toakaha Maruiwi, CD, TT, ROMX (Roo). I can honestly say that this litter was a huge learning experience for me. Even though I wouldn't repeat this litter, I do not regret breeding it. We got everything in this litter from the beauty in Juno, trainability and beauty in Reese, and personality plus in Crunch and Zoe. We also learned that we bred inhalant allergies. Like I said, it was a learning experience, and one which I don't regret. I was saddened that I could not keep a puppy from this litter due to my own difficult pregnancy. I sold Juno to the Gordon's hoping that some day she would be bred, and I could get my puppy from her.

This litter was somewhat of a mistake. Lucy was in season and in our kennel. Ralph was circling the kennel. LUCY climbed the fence to get to Ralph. Yes, it was the girl whose hormones were wild. It may have been a mistake, but it was a mistake which couldn't have been better for me as a breeder. Lucy and Ralph produced beautiful, sound puppies, with awesome, outgoing temperaments. Jabber is a huge factor for our future breeding program. We plan on continuing with him as our future. This was an interesting breeding since Ralph's maternal grandsire (Ch Toakaha Distant Thunder) and Lucy's paternal grandsire (CH Toakaha Maruiwi, CD, TT, ROMX) were littermates from New Zealand. It produced soundness in which I can move forward. Plus, no obvious health concerns. Yes, no known allergies in this litter. HOORAY!!!!!

SR U-CH CH Bayview's Ralph, JH, WC, CGC x CH Addidas Grace Under Fire, CGC, TT
4 puppies (3 black girls, 1 black boy)

This repeat litter was planned; not a mistake!!! Since I never kept a girl from Lucy, I wanted to try one more time for the female Lucy puppy of my dreams. Instead, Lucy had a uteran infection, which killed three of the seven puppies that were born. My puppy list was quite extensive for girls, and I did not want to disappoint, so each puppy in this litter went to a family. (I hope I can get a Lucy look-a-like from Juno).

Even though this litter had a rough start, with me raising them by tube feeding, bottle feeding, etc., they are really strong, beautiful puppies. I can't wait to watch them grow.
