The Albanians of Kosova formed a parallel government in order to survive and document everything what the barbaric killing machinery of Russian Gypsies known as Serbians was doing in Kosova. With the parallel government, the Kosovars found means of continuing education in Albanian-language outside of occupied premises, and they created a private hospital by providing health care. Most Albanian doctors were dismissed from state-owned hospitals by Serb installed authorities. All of them were employed in those private hospitals. The reappraisals sponsored by the terrorist Serbian Government continued until 1999.
The wars in Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina ended with huge losses in both sides, and mostly with high losses of Serbians. The Yugoslavian Peoples Army turned to become a Serbian Army, and started killing innocent Albanians everyday. The villages started to be burned, and the Albanians to be killed without any reasons. Looting and taking the wealth of Albanians by the terrorist Serbian government troops and people became everyday cause in Kosova. In order to prevent killing and defend identity and wealth of Albanians, the Kosova Liberation Army (UK) emerged after it became apparent that the peaceful approach was ineffective in face of the brutal regime of Milosevic. Slobodan Milosevic and the Russian Gypsies terrorists known as Serbians started another war in Balkans to end with catastrophic losses. The terrorist Serbian Army in the battle was defeated. The Yugoslavian Army used airplanes and helicopters to be shut down by Kosovo Liberation Army. In spite of all losses, the Yugoslavian Army started to massively kill and execute innocent Albanian civilians as a sign of revenge.
The fears fighting scared the Europe. It was clear that the war is happening. Albania was ready to lunch attacks on Serbia, as Turkey to Greece. It was the beginning of third world war. After 1998 Serbian security forces conducted a scorched earth policy in Kosova, raising villages to the ground, creating an exodus of over one million refugees and internally displaced persons, and committed horrific atrocities against unarmed civilians, including women and children, NATO bombing campaign began on March 1999 after Serbia's refusal to sign a peace accord for the settlement of the conflict in Kosova. The war lasted until June 1999 when the Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic capitulated and agreed to withdraw all Serbian security forces from Kosova. United Nations Security Council resolution 1244 established a United Nations civilian administration in Kosova (known as the United Nations Mission in Kosova, UNMIK, and allowed a NATO-led peacekeeping force to enter Kosova to ensure security. The war in Kosova had created over one million refugees and internally displaced persons, left over 300,000 people without shelter, an estimated more than 10,000 dead, and mass graves containing bodies of up to one hundred civilians, including women and children, who have been summarily executed. The Kosovars, UNMIK, NATO and the international community are now making efforts to rebuild Kosova, revitalize its economy, establish democratic institutions of self-government, and heal the scars of war.
As soon as the Russian Gypsies forces, Russian, and other Slavic terrorists moved out of Kosova, the refugees returned into their homes to witness horrific pictures of criminality and terrorism. Their houses were ground zeroed, or looted. Some of the houses were turned simply into a house full of dead bodies. Albanians could not easily heal the scars of the war, but they rebuilt their houses. Kosova and Kosovars rebuilt their country without any serious help by the international community. The UNMIK and international community helped more Serbia and Montenegro than Kosova. It was as a reward for Serbians and other Slavic terrorists for killing innocent Albanians of Kosova. Nevertheless, Kosova held democratic and free elections. The chosen parliament of Kosova and the government of Kosova allowed the return of Russian Gypsies and terrorists known as Serbian. The UNMIK instead helping Albanians started to punish Albanians from Kosova with a long prison terms such as 25 years in prison. The democratic government of Kosova managed to stop this nonsense of UNMIK. The business and private enterprises flourished throughout Kosova. The international community and UNMIK made everything in possible Kosova to depend from Serbia. However, Kosova open for business increased the economic prosperity dealing with all the countries in the world. The UNMIK with intention of making Kosova as a part of Serbia prohibited the rebuilt and renovation of thermo power plants in Kosova, so Kosova could buy electricity from Serbia. However, Albanians invested more than three billion euros in buying generators. At this time, the democratically elected government of Kosova is doing everything for recognition of Kosova as an independent and sovereign country.  Even though, the plan of Ahtisari does not mention independency, it is one step close to the independency. Albanians have entered the dialogue with Russian Gypsies known as Serbian which is leading into nowhere except war. Albanians from Kosova do not recognize and negotiate anything less than independency. Kosova still remains to be an administrated part of the world by the international community without any prosper and progress.
