During the Second World War, things changed. The Albanian National Head managed to unite the country in one Albania. The Serbian forces without Russian help were defeated. The Chetnicks did not know where to go from the fear of Albanians. The Albanian communist, Fadil Hoxha betrayed the nation. He did everything to keep Kosova under Yugoslavian rule. In 1989, the title general of Fadil Hoxha was taken out after the Serbian women movement protested. The Slavic Gypsies women protested because of the declaration of Fadil Hoxha. Fadil Hoxha once a hero of Yugoslavia was expelled from communist party and was placed into a house arrest. Immediately, after the Second World War Serbian Government used the turbulent time and killed, executed, and massacred many innocent Albanians from Kosova. In addition, the cultural and religious objects were prime targets. Many mosques were converted into orthodox churches. Many beautiful mosques were taken over by the government of Serbia and converted into orthodox churches. The worst case was in 1970 when the mosque was turned into the church in the city of Prizren With a hidden initiative of Russian Gypsies Orthodox Church in 1950, a very beautiful old mosque in the city of Prizren was turned into Orthodox Church by the Serbian communist government. The priests of Serbian Church brought a lot of frescos and icons to say that they were hidden under the mortars of the walls. The frescoes and icons were from the churches demolished in and around other Serbian cities. The Russian Gypsies known as Serbs gave the look to the mosque as being a true Orthodox Church. The terrorist project was complete in 1976. In the sixteenth and seventeenth century, mosques, hammams, and madresses flowered throughout Kosova.  In 1970, the Serbian government attempted to convert two Albanian Catholic churches into Orthodox churches. A church in the city of Gjakova, and a church in the town of Stubla. With a full and strong argument proves, the reaction of Vatican made the churches to be remained catholic.
In 1953, the new constitution of Yugoslavia reduced autonomy of Kosovo even more with much repression of Albanians taking place.  The leading Albanian politition agreed on it without any arguments. The Serbian state under the leadership of General Alexander Rankovich extended in a hidden way the Chubrilovichs Plan. Many Serbs were brought to live in Prizren and vicinity. Most of them had pension as Yugoslavian warriors. In fact, they were Chetnicks or Serbian fascists that were shaved and declared themselves as communists and partisans. All the Serbians received free houses and apartments build by Yugoslavian government not only in Prizren, but also all over Kosova. The population census of Yugoslavia in 1953, forced many Albanians to declare themselves as Turks. The Serbian government sponsored great deal of living in Turkey. This self-declaration would save Yugoslavia and Turkey from public reactions to expatriation of the Albanians to Turkey. Almost 260,000 Albanians declared themselves as Turks, or were counted and registered as Turks from government paid individuals. In 1958, around 41,300 Albanians fled to Turkey, and the year after it another 32,000. According to official evidence of Yugoslavia, 27,980 Albanians immigrated from Kosova to Turkey in 1960.
The expatriation of the Albanians to Turkey amounted to 115,000 in the period of 1960-1965. In addition, to speed up the process of expulsion of Albanians from Kosova, Alexander Rankovich a high-ranking government official, prepared a plan secretly for abuse of Albanian population, mass arrests, systematic denial of rights in education and employment, and sporadic killings in prisons, state of art behind suicide. In continuation of the Chubrilovichs plan, Rankovich took step to disarm Albanians house to house in 1956. The repression continued with mass arrests and murdering of innocent Albanians in prisons all over Yugoslavia. Mostly, educated Albanians were primary targets. In order to avoid state sponsored repression, arrests, imprisonment, and killings, many Albanians left Kosova to find employment in western world, mostly in Germany and Switzerland. Not everyone could afford to go in Germany and other western world countries. The Albanians that remained in Kosova faced prejudice and discrimination by the Yugoslavian government. The process of expatriation of the Albanians from Kosova and other Albanian regions was replaced by the so-called economic emigration in the political circumstances created in Yugoslavia after the Plenum of Brione. Alexander Rankovich a leading Serbian politician continued the chauvinistic and nationalistic plan of Vasa Chubrilovich. Rankovich was arrested after an attempt to through the president of Yugoslavia, Josip Bros Tito. His cue failed, and Rankovich died under house arrest. Because of this, Tito decided to give full rights to Albanians in Kosova. In 1974, the status of Kosova was equal as any other Republic. The Albanian communist of Kosova, Fadil Hoxha refused to get the status Republic, and Kosova remained to be Autonomous Province.  Albanians of Kosova and Kosovars started to upgrade the living standard. The mass take over of the Kosovas wealth by Serbian Government lead to a mass demonstration in Kosova in 1981.  It was a saying, Trepcha is Working and Belgrade is Building Up.  The billions of dollars could not be just stopped flowing in Serbian Government pocket from Kosova. The demonstration was classified as counter-revolutionary. The Serbian Government brought police and army in Kosova.
Many Albanian demonstrators were killed, and hundred of thousands were arrested and sentenced to life in prison. The Yugoslavian correctional facilities were full of innocent Albanians.  In these prisons, Albanians were mistreated, tortured, humiliated, killed, massacred, and other actions were taken to seduce the innocent Albanians from Kosova. The repression continued. Kosova and Kosovars witnessed apartheid for 50 years. The worst happened in 1986 when Yugoslavian Army together with Serbian Government exercised a mass poisoning of Albanians of Kosova. The biochemical weapon was bought in Iraq. The Serbian minor population was immunized. Many Albanians students felt the symptoms of new weapon of Yugoslavia. The laboratories of France and USA confirmed that the biochemical weapon originated in Iraq. The irregular political status was kept vigilant in Kosova by the Serbian government. Mass media Serbian government sponsored propaganda lead to United Nation bringing resolutions for fragrantly violation of human rights by the government of Yugoslavia. The Serbian government continued with anti Albanian propaganda and repression. The government of Serbia did not care much about the UN resolution because the Yugoslavian government had to deal with UN. The Serbian Government new very well the end of Yugoslavia, and they did not care for nothing.  Many young Serbian girls were paid to have sexual affairs with young Albanians. Because the Serbian girl was a 16 year old or a minor, the eighteen-year-old Albanian man faced 24 years in prison for a rape. In addition, the Russian gypsies known as Serbian and their government used the Serbian homosexuals. Many of them were paid and mutilated, so the innocent Albanian could be blamed. The case in the city of Gjilan, where the Serbian Homosexual was mutilated ended in just embarrassment. The cameras confirmed that in the city public washroom was no one else except the Serbian Homosexual. The action was perpetrated out of public washroom. No one was punished, except the Serbian Homosexual was mutilated. Such action continued until the government of Serbia stole two billion dollars from the Yugoslavian government lead by Ante Markovich. This was clear that the Serbian Government is doing everything to destroy the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and they succeeded on doing of it.
Once an autonomous federal province of Yugoslavia, the government of Slobodan Milosevic without any rights and reasons in 1989 stripped away of its autonomy.  It was the Serbian and Yugoslavian government to do it, whose later actions would result in the break-up of Yugoslavia.  The Russian gypsies known as Serbians claimed most of this part, and the Serbian Government directly organized the ensuing wars in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Kosova. After the revocation of Kosova's autonomy, the Serbian authorities closed schools in the Albanian language, massively dismissed Albanians from state-owned enterprises, and suspended Kosova's legal parliament and government. The Government of Serbia instituted a regime of apartheid and systematically exercised oppression toward Albanian population in Kosova. The flagrant violations of basic human rights of Albanians occurred frequently. The expulsion and expatriation of Albanians form Kosova culminated. It was just a continuation of Chubrilovichs plan. The Albanians responded to the repression with peaceful and passive resistance. In 1992, the people of Kosova held free and democratic elections, which election was opposed by the terrorist government of Serbia. The leadership was chosen, and the people of Kosova expressed their determination for the independence of Kosova.  In the city of Kachanik on July 2, 1991, the members of assembly or legal parliament of Autonomous Province of Kosova declared the independence. The referendum for self-determination was held, and it was massively supported  by people of Kosova.
