Since I've been playing Arlia for over two years in Gemstone III, I decided to write a few wizard guides. They are mostly finished, except one or two of them, since I had to update some due to the changes in the lands. I also do not have tons of free time for updates, due to RL commitments, nor do I have as much time to spend in the lands. However, I know that real life is far more important than Gemstone.
I hope that these guides will help answer your questions about wizards.
Also, coming soon is a list of sites for information about other professions in Gemstone, since I do not really want to make a guide for other professions since I would not be able to have as much expertise as I would with wizards, and if you are looking for information for one of those professions, you'd be better off getting the information from someone who knows more than I do. (Not that I know the most of anyone who plays a wizard in Gemstone III!)
I might also someday write a short guide of basic ettiquette of the lands to give new players some friendly advice.
