Introduction

While you are reading my information, please don't be too hard on me as I ALWAYS promise that I mean well. I try to put little smileys where appropriate so people don't take my cracks the wrong way! I have an odd sense of humor you see :)

I'm not actuall gender dysphoric in the 'normal' sense. I (believe) that I have a form of multiple personality disorder (mpd) and have developed two separate personalities. The male persona (Wes) has been dominant most of my life, but, due to ongoing stress and (I suppose) other factors, he's getting pretty strung out. The female persona (Elena) periodically surfaces. Her development was halted for the most part when we were very young, so sometimes she feels like (and may be) a child. Sometimes Wes is here, and sometimes it is Elena. I can't tell when; it comes and goes like the tide; overpowering and undeniable, just not as predictable. So I guess Elena is gender dysphoric, but Wes isn't! If this sounds strange, watch Identity and then re-read it!

So if sometimes I sound or act like a guy posing as a tg, well, that may be the case; Wes is here and he's NOT gender dysphoric. If sometimes I sound like a scared child, you're probably talking to Elena; she hasn't a lot of people interaction. Please be gentle with her if you can; she's here because we were mistreated as children and Wes is her protector. He's kind of screwed up now and Elena wants to help, but she is easily frightened and Wes' knee jerk reaction is to jump in and protect her!

I know it may sound like I'm asking for a license to be rude here, but I'm really not! I really want to find friends and people I can talk to. I'm just afraid of the (seemingly inevitale) flaming that goes on online! Please try to understand :)
