This page is about me, althought I don't know why I would want to talk about myself? I got plenty of other people doing that already:) But anyway, I'm gonna give it my best shot but I won't promise that I won't fluff it up a bit to make me look good..LOL
My name is Brenda and I hail from Oklahoma City,Oklahoma. I'm not from here orginally. I've been here about 5 years, and I love it! But I must say the weather here kinda reminds me of a woman going through menopause; hot one minute, cold the next...LOL It's true what they say about Oklahoma weather: "If you don't like it, wait a couple of hours, it'll change."..LOL
I'm originally from Yuma, Arizona, the hell-hole of the United States cause it gets so hot there in the summer time. Did you know we got lizards back home that run around with sticks in their mouths? Yea, really! It's so they can put the stick in the ground, climb up it and cool their feet off!...(there's one born everyday..LOL)
The other day my husband came home from work and went to the frig to get something cold to drink and said "Honey, the frig looks nice, you cleaned it up. All except for this bowl of moldy stuff." I grabbed the bowl from him before he could throw the contents down the disposal and said, "Don't you dare throw this out! It's already up to $32.50 on ebay.com." The nerve of him!
You know those video-rental places? Well I think I finally figured out their system. They organize their movies into three categories:
~Movies I've never heard of.
~Movies I don't care to see.
~And movies that will be on HBO the day after I rent them!
I love my WebTv. I didn't think I would at first, I guess cause I had never used a computer before in my life. But now, you can't hardly pry my crooked, knarled fingers off the keyboard let alone my butt out of my chair! My ankles stay swollen from water retention cause it takes an act of Congress to make me leave my keyboard and go to the bathroom!(Go ahead, smile. you know I'm talking about you :)

I was on the computer the other day when I got knocked off by an incoming call. I answered the phone and it was my step-son Jason. He says "Memaw, do you know how many times I've tried to call you today and can't get through? Eightteen times! You need to check your pooter and make sure your sensitivity is set right!" I told him I was sorry that he was having such a hard time getting through and that yes I would check the sensitivity (although I didn't really need to cause I know where it's set already! On low so I "don't" get knocked off:)
