7, 2007 Update on Bob…
Bob was back in the hospital last week. He had some weird
stuff is going on with his blood, he’s not sure exactly what, but his
transplant team is paying close attention to the blood test results they get
from him on a weekly basis. He going to try and make Wednesday game (to
watch). By then he should have heard back on his latest blood test
results and have some idea of how things are going. He had some
critically low blood component levels when they released him from the hospital
last week. If they went down again, he would end up back in the hospital.
It was easier for them to stop the bleeding when they took blood, so he expects
things are a little better than last week.

- June 11 2007 RE:
Tournament Winnings ($100)
For those who may have not heard already, Sutlas (Sutton and Coulas & 1
King player) won the mid-season tournament over the
weekend which came with a $100 prize. All the players at the tournament
decided to use the $100 to buy the beer for both Sutton and Coulas
after our Sunday June 24th 8PM games. We have a game at 8PM against
Hanet that night, and Coulas
plays their 8PM game against Greenthumb.
Clayton from Coulas will pick up 60 beer that night and both teams will get together after the
game. Since it is difficult to co-ordinate with Perry from the Kings who
played with us on Saturday, Clayton is going to get him a 6-pack of beer.
- June 10 2007 Just wanted
to let you know that Sutlas won the Mid-Season tournament!

- June 8 2007 Update
on Bob’s Liver Condition….
Sherry (Bob's wife) last night, said that Bob had to have a
liver transplant. His sister was a perfect match so they fast-tracked her and
did the operation on Tuesday. Bob's liver had pretty much shut down and the
doctors still don't know why but they think it's viral. They removed 70% of his
sister’s liver and put it in Bob. He's in ICU right now but is expected to make
a full recovery. He's at Toronto General and can have visitors starting next
week. Bob wanted us to know that he won't be back this season. But he will come
out to watch when he can.
