At 45 years of age Charles became the father of Melvin Neff Aug 9 1918. At 49 years of age Charles became the father of Ruby Pearl Neff Danville, IL, Dec 16, 1922. At 50 years of age Charles became the father of Eleanor Neff April 25 1924. At 53 years of age Charles became the father of Charles A. Neff Jr Oct 3 1926.
