She married twice. She married Ted Marshall. Ted was born Dec 28 1928. At 15 years of age Ted became the father of James Roy Marshall May 30 1944. At 16 years of age Ted became the father of Theodore Norman Marshall April 14 1945. At 18 years of age Ted became the father of David Lee Marshall June 19 1947. At 22 years of age Ted became the father of Judith Ann Marshall Sept 20 1951. She married Russ Hotchkiss.

At 20 years of age Eleanor became the mother of James Roy Marshall May 30 1944. At 20 years of age Eleanor became the mother of Theodore Norman Marshall April 14 1945. At 23 years of age Eleanor became the mother of David Lee Marshall June 19 1947. At 27 years of age Eleanor became the mother of Judith Ann Marshall Sept 20 1951.

Eleanor Neff and Ted Marshall had the following children:
