49. Paul⁴ Neff (Cora Malinda Ellen³ Grimes, Mary Margaret Caroline² Chitwood, Michael T.¹) was born Oct. 26, 1911. Paul died March 14, 1970 at 58 years of age. His body was interred Spring Hill Cemetery.

He married Icel Mae Parsons. Icel was born July 11 1917. At 18 years of age Icel became the mother of Patsy Jean Neff Jan 26 1936. At 19 years of age Icel became the mother of Mary Ann Neff May 11 1937. At 21 years of age Icel became the mother of Betty Neff Dec 1 1938. At 21 years of age Icel became the mother of Betsy Neff Dec 1 1938.

At 24 years of age Paul became the father of Patsy Jean Neff Jan 26 1936. At 25 years of age Paul became the father of Mary Ann Neff May 11 1937. At 27 years of age Paul became the father of Betty Neff Dec 1 1938. At 27 years of age Paul became the father of Betsy Neff Dec 1 1938.

Paul Neff and Icel Mae Parsons had the following children:

+ 113 i. Patsy Jean⁵ Neff was born Jan 26 1936.

+ 114 ii. Mary Ann Neff was born May 11 1937.

115 iii. Betty Neff was born Dec 1 1938. Betty died Dec 1 1938 at less than one year of age.

116 iv. Betsy Neff was born Dec 1 1938.
