| I sometimes write things in paragraphs that actualy sound good. So, here are a few of them. | ||||||
| "About Face" - an examination of my facial features "Based on the Novel By . . ." - a comparison between the book Kiss of the Spider Woman and the film "Daddy's Little Girl" - a paper I wrote comparing a scene in Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita to the two film interpretations "Euripides vs. the Critics" - an assignment for my first Theatre History class "Floggers, and Chains, and Ropes, Oh, My!" - An examination of feminist anti-S/M thought "Haggis - God of Scottish Cuisine" - we had an assignment to make up a god, written when I was 14 "I thought that's what guys do around here." - An examination of "Boys Don't Cry" (NOTE: I have since changed my thoughts on transsexualism and transgenderism. This paper is still here because I consider it well-written.) "The Medea" - a paper I wrote on women's roles as displayed in The Medea "Not the Woman's Fault" - (an albeit angry) Letter to the Editor of the Arizona Daily Wildcat on April 25, 2001 "An Obituary for Hamish Haggis" - high school assignment "U.S. is Not Free" - Letter to the Editor of the Arizona Daily Star; written on July 16, 2000; printed on July 30, 2000 "Women's Rights Violations in Afghanistan" - a piece of history, a paper talking about the Taliban's rule |
