Rules

There are three types of rules that we use: Character, Site, and Book Rules.

Character Rules

• You may not have a character from the book. Your character should be original and never heard of.
• You only control your character. Do not put words into other people�s mouths unless they agree you can.
• You may not have the best character (the smartest, fastest, etc.).*
• Your character must be pure human.*
• Your character may not be an Animagi.*

Site Rules

• No posting passwords. If you forget a password contact (through e-mail, private messaging, or instant messaging) your Head of House, another person who knows the password, and of course, the Headmaster.
• No posting e-mail addresses or instant messaging names (send it through e-mail, instant messaging, or better yet, private messaging).
• No profanity (curse words).
• No flaming (hurting someone on purpose, through words, actions, etc.) be it out of or in character.
• No internet speech, such as: lol (laugh out loud), [using letters as words] R (are), U (you), [using as little letters to make words] ur (your), no (know), cya (see you)...
• No acronyms or abbreviated words, such as: btw (by the way), brb (be right back), b/c (because)...
• I will accept these internet words: OOC (out of character), IC (in character), and BIC (back in character).
• No gangs, weapons, drugs, or alcohol allowed.
• You are not allowed to find dead bodies, or spirits (ghosts) for that matter, artifacts, or secret rooms and passages which aren�t created.*
• You are not allowed to have or create magical items (invisibility cloaks, rememberalls, etc.).*

Book Rules

• No student may enter the Forbidden Forest.**
• No First Years can play Quidditch.**
• No wandering after lights out.**
• No magical creatures (You can only have an owl, a cat, a toad, or a mouse)*
• The Restricted Section in the Library is off limits to any student without permission.
• No parties are to be held outside of your Common Room.
• No parties are to be held in your Common Room without Head of House permission.
