Q. How do I become a prefect or head boy/girl?
A. Prefects will be choosen upon your loyalty and devotion to the school throughout the time at school (or the start of school) by your House Head. And to become Head Boy or Girl you must follow those same rules as a prefect plus do a little more to catch the eye of the Headmaster.
Q. How do I advance through the years?
A. What year your character is will be determined by three factors: your preference, what we have room for, and the quality of your biography. The only way to be promoted is if you want to play the same character the following year. If your character was productive and active, you can play him/her again a year higher.
Q. If I become a teacher how do I become a Head of a House?
A. Heads of Houses will be determined upon their skills as a teacher, their class lesson plans, and their contribution to the school. Which house the teacher is head of will have to be negotiated between the four teachers chosen by the Headmaster.
Q. What are theses houses I keep hearing about?
A. Just like in the books, there are four houses. When you fill out the sorting hat form you choose which you want to be in. The four houses, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin, compete each year to win the House Cup and the Quidditch Cup.
The inhabitants of Gryffindor are known for their bravery.
The inhabitants of Hufflepuff are known for their loyalty.
The inhabitants of Ravenclaw are known for their intelligence.
The inhabitants of Slytherin are known for their hard work.
Q. How does my house win the House Cup and Quidditch Cup?
A. The House Cup can be won by the house with the most house points. House points are awarded to members of each house by any teacher who sees the student doing something worthy. Of course if something unworthy happens, then the teacher may take points away. The Quidditch Cup may be won by the amount of games the house won playing Quidditch.
Q. How do I sign up for Quidditch?
A. Quidditch sign ups will be announced soon after the term has begun. Make sure to check the Quidditch Announcements at the school often. Further information will be given at that time.
