Here is an example of a biography and story to help understand what to write about. It doesn't have to be too long, but it does need to fit all criteria and be descriptive.
Biography
Biography:Brentley Carter is a full-blooded wizard. He lives with his family in Carter Castle in Germany. His parents, Monika and Stephan, were born in Germany and also attended Hogwarts. They married and had three boys, the youngest is Brentley. Their first child was sent to Beauxbatons Academy, their second was sent to Durmstrang, and Brentley was sent to Hogwarts.
Growing up in a big castle with two older brothers was no easy task for Brentley to put up with. While he wasn't running away from his brothers he would sneak off to fly on their broomsticks, or he would be flying away if his brothers ever caught him.
Brentley's father works for the Ministry of Magic. His father's family is very wealthy, they were descendants of the wizard Merlin, who became wealthy while advising to a king.
His mother's family, although very small, is also very wealthy. Her father's father was Head of Magical Games and Sports, and his father was the same before him, and his father was the same before him, and on and on until it goes back to the early days of Quidditch. His mother is a reporter at the Daily Prophet, but she has plenty of time to buy her children presents of all kinds.
Although Brentley grew up with no children his age he is all but shy. During his first years at Hogwarts he made many friends. He's always been friendly to his classmates as well as his teachers, but every kid has to have fun and pull a few pranks during the school year, and he has had plenty of practice with his brothers.
Appearance:
Brentley was always being tortured by his brothers. On one occasion his oldest brother changed his hair color to blue, but when Brentley tried to change it back his hair came back a permanent red, black, and blond. No magic spell has ever been able to change it since.
Brentley was never good at transfiguration, but he always had a knack for spells, as you can tell when his eye color changes frequently. Although most of the time you will see him with violet eyes.
Running away from his brothers has helped put Brentley into shape. He is a little tall and very skinny, but that has made him quick on his feet and on a broomstick.
Animal:
Brentley's animal is a barred owl. Striper was given to Brentley on his birth day and grew up with him all his life. If he wasn't running from his Brentley's brother's wolves, then Striper was flying in the air delivering letters for his family. Striper never really liked cages, so he flew the whole way to Hogwarts following the train.
