The movie is a dream not only of the author of the theatre piece, but of the whole population of Ecuador.
On the other hand, it is not wise to forget what happened to the Delegates of the 35 rural Parishes from Quito when knowing on the project to make the film. The happiness was great and everyone wanted to participate. The fervor by the question is such that the main deputies of the Popular Committee for the next Interparishal Encounter of Culture (please look at the documentation on
the last of these) invited Carlos Levoyer to write again a theater piece in the same will of the Victories of the Ticci Cápac Atahualpa.
It is necessary to remember that the Interparishal Encounters of the Culture are great and have a good prestige between the Ecuadorian population, mainly between the popular sectors. In the last Encounter a thousand interpreters of ancestral dances met, each one with their suit, their dance, their courage. The assistants to the Encounter are calculated in twenty thousands.
In short, the text and the human element are ready.
But the process of creation of a film has initiated, it will be necessary to begin to review casting, given the great amount of people who can participate.
Some other question is the one about the funds. Lamentably in Ecuador they do not exist. But the human elements and the Ecuadorian institutions are ready.

The film proposes to implement the theory of art of Aristotle whose values have been ignored throughout the centuries. In fact, the anchylosed tradition has managed to fossilize this very rich and deeply specific theory of the dramatic art. The work to disassemble that fossilized theory (although already it has been made at theoretical level) is only possible through the implementation of the most valuable and usable aspects of the
Poetics of Aristotle. The mission consists in revitalizing the concepts of the Poetics.
It has been undertaken, therefore, a critic of the points of view attributed to Aristotle and there were left seated the first elements for a contemporary cinematography. The text of the great Greek thinker has been analyzed to the light of the contemporary debates that on him have risen, using materials that go from the first translations to Castilian like the manuscript (1630) of the maestro Vicente Marinerio and the text (1624) of Alonso Ordoñez das Seyjas and Tovar, up to the text of the
Poetics in electronic-text of the Perseus Project.
