I went to G4 with Jayce. Sobrang sandali lang kami dun. Walang magawa, eh. As usual, the movies weren't really nice so we didn't feel like watching. We just walked around, tripping on the people we see. Especially her, because she always has something funny to say about people. La lang...yun lang. I didn't do anything else today. Before that I was just lying in bed at home. I'm getting lazier and lazier each day. I gotta get outta here. This life, I mean.

* * *

I got home from G4 feeling tired and sleepy. Must be the analgesic I took this morning. For some reason, Neozep makes me feel drowsy. But later in the evening, we managed to find something else to do because our cousins Vyjay and Krizia came over. After munching on Ultimate Cheese pizza from Pizza Hut (Sarap...), we went to Mega Mall to watch a movie. We met up with our other cousin, Lizza, there. Vyjay kept insisting on "Master of Disguise", saying that it was a laugh trip. But us girls had something else in mind: "Hibla". Would you believe it? I ended up watching another R movie. Hehe... But don't get me wrong. R movies seem so intriguing compared to ordinary PG or GP movies. And that is why I agreed to watch it...

So how was it? Well, it's better than "Two Timer", that's for damn sure. It has a story, unlike the others. Hindi naman siya puro kabastusan. Surprisingly enough, Rica Peralejo's "innocent probinsyana" role in the movie was kinda impressive. And so was Maui Taylor's role as the "city girl who boinked her best friend's boyfriend". Nandiri ako kay Ricky Davao dun. Tangna, mala d.o.m. ba naman siya there. Yuuuuccckkk...

On our way to Lizza's dorm, we were singing along to "He's All I Want" and the like. Lizza was even dancing and Tracy was changing the lyrics to "E's all I want, E's all I need..." Hahaha... I always have fun with my cousins, whether or not Tracy's around. And you know what? I've always noticed that I have more energy at night and during the wee hours of the morning. Except maybe at 12mn. Weird. Pero seryoso, 'pag dating ng 12, low batt talaga ako...

Ah, ewan.

I'm not sure why but I keep changing the layout of my site. Now I've mixed my very first layout (white on black) and my latest (black on lilac). I hope I get tired of it for a while. It might distract me from the things I might do in the future. You know, worthwhile things.

You know what? I hardly touched my cellphone today. And the strange thing was, everytime I get ahold of it, I receive a message. The first time was when my sneezing woke me up really early (6am). I reached for my phone to look at the time then suddenly a message was received. I went back to sleep. When I ate out for lunch with my mom, I kept the cell in my pocket the whole time. When I got in the car on our way home, I pulled it out tapos tumunog na naman. Same person. The birthday boy. Must be some mystical connection crap.

Jayce doesn't have classes every Wednesday so today we decided to go out. Me, Jayce, and my sis Tracy. We were supposed to go to Greenhills but we ended up in Mega Mall. The movie listing looked pretty crappy so basically we just walked around and bought stuff we needed. But we also ate at Wendy's. I know it's just this common fast food but they do make the best bacon cheeseburger. Bacon Mushroom Melt is the best. It feels as though it literally just melts in your mouth. Sigh... Hehe. What am I doing? I'm freakin gushing over food.

I got something in my e-mail yesterday. It's a cool UAAP pic that my friend attached to his message for me. Just when I thought I've had enough of UAAP (I mean, come on, I see Ateneans all the time in different shows of the ever-biased ABS-CBN) My two fave players are there: Blue Eagle Wesley Gonzales & Green Archer Mark Cardona. Wanna see it? [CLICK HERE]

As I had said, my Dad and I had plans to go out, together with my sisters. It wasn't like that at all. I woke up really early, like, 9am. I wanted to throw my alarm clock out the window. Anyway, I was forced to get up because the sun was shining in my face. But I had a hard time because my body was still sore all over from all that fixing the other night.

At first, Tracy wasn't supposed to go with me. She said she didn't feel too good. Whatever. She looked okay to me. And besides, I was mega sleepy, too. Later on, she was forced to come with me because our Lola arrived and said she wouldn't leave if Tracy wasn't coming with us. Little did we know that seeing Dad meant getting new cellphones. Well, you see, both of us didn't have our phones. Hers was confiscated by the school; mine was with our older sis. And not only that--we also got a generous allowance from our dear ol' Dad. I guess he felt sorry for Tracy's measly allowance. And me not having allowance at all. (But I do have money, cause I know how to save.)

During our lunch, I think I ate a little too much. It was buffet, and I only went back twice. Maybe my stomach can't take that much Japanese food anymore. I desperately needed a smoke that time.

I texted two people yesterday. One of them was Sean. I just asked why he called the other night and invited us to go to Laguna. He said that he and his friends go mountain climbing every year and he's inviting me and Tracy to go with them. So I was, like, "Sure. Why not?" or something. I kinda like nature tripping and shit like that. I used to do that a lot with my cousins when I was younger, like, 12, maybe.

Off to Laguna two weeks from now. I'm game.

This is the 3rd time I've woken up super early concerning my Lola Gloria. She had her driver pick us up yesterday to sort the things we left behind. Although we were a little bangag, Tracy and my cousins and I had fun. It was like vintage shopping, except that we weren't shopping--we were just laughing at my parents' old clothes. The 80's suck.

After that, we watched the video I had brought, "Tomcats". It's a pretty funny movie about sex.

Today, my sisters and I are going out with my Dad. I'm actually looking forward to it. It's only 10:30am and I didn't even bother going back to sleep.

I feel really sleepy but as always I can't seem to fall asleep on impulse. The reason for my my sleepiness is that I got up really early for my appointment with my endocrinologist. That doctor is so big-headed. He didn't want to see anyone who didn't have an appointment with him. Well, I don't know what to call him. He just struck me as snobbish and all. But it was a blessing in disguise. The other doctors we found were younger and less cranky. My new endo doc is a really nice, patient kind of guy who explained my condition to me. He referred me to a friend of his, this equally nice ob-gyne. Plus, the doc is a girl, which is a good thing. Well, let's just say the experience was...unforgettable. Hehe. I don't think I can handle something like that with some male. Yiiii....

After that I had some blood taken again. (grabe, last month pa 'to) It looked like a lot more this time. Three mini vials, or whatever you call it. All I know is that it was 12mL and it made me dizzy. Then after that, my mom and I ate at Mcdo near St. Luke's hospital. Bad trip. Why didn't I wear something cuter? (Malay ko ba kasi...hehe) There were a lot of attractive guys there, surprisingly enough. (May school bang malapit dun?) One of them was on the same table as ours but he wasn't eating. It just looked as if he was waiting for someone. Whatever. Basta gwapo siya...hehe

Yesterday was my cousin Zela's birthday. We joined their family dinner at Teriyaki Boy in Madison Square. Grabe. Nakakabusog talaga 'pag Japanese. I felt like puking afterwards. Not that the food tasted bad cause it was actually pretty good. It just felt like I ate a little too much.

I kinda felt bad for Zela. Her boyfriend didn't come. He had said that he wasn't allowed to go out that night. But at least he gave her a card and this yummy cake from Gateau de Manille. Speaking of boyfriends, Audrey's bf was also there last night. She is one lucky duck. Her boyfriend's nicer than she is. Nice, and not geeky at all. My aunt even said that even though he wasn't really cute or anything, his personality was too good to be true. I agree. If I found a guy who has the same personality (and hopefully, one who has charm and appeal) as Carlo, 'di na ko maghahanap ng iba...

Anyway, after dinner we went to Eastwood. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people for an ordinary Tuesday evening. But then I saw that there was a tiangge of some sort somewhere in the middle. We even stayed there, walking around and looking at stuff we didn't actually care to buy. My sis and I sneaked a smoke when we got tired of walking. After sometime, we went home.

i don't know why (or maybe I do) but my feet were really sore last night.

Ugh. My head hurts. I slept at 7am today and woke up at around 4 or 5pm. My sleeping habits are pretty bad, simple as that. Earlier today, before I slept, I read my horoscope. For some reason, I couldn't stop thinking about it.

"You may be missing someone who can't be with you today. A phone call may ease the pain. If you make an effort to enjoy yourself, you can turn your day around."

Looks like a sensible forecast to me.

My day started out with my cousin Lizza surprising me. I told her last week to come by today if she wanted to but it wasn't really a serious invite. Nevertheless, I was happy to see her. Even if she put my system in deep shock by waking me up at 11am (I slept at 5). Sigh. I seriously have to get rid of my insomnia. Anyway, Lizza said she wanted to go out so I canceled the appointment with my doctor. We thought of watching a movie and planned to leave in an hour or so. Then it started to rain. It was pouring so hard you couldn't see much from your window. Naturally, we waited for it to stop before going out.

At the MRT station, this woman really pissed me off. Siningitan ba naman ako. I asked her nicely if she was with the guy in front just so it would be fair. She replied hastily that she bought a ticket and was really in line earlier. Of all the dumb things to say. I didn't bother talking to her. I told Lizza & my sisters about it and my ol sis Candice said something like, "Sana madapa." I let out a small laugh and the woman in front glared at me. Yuck, nakikinig pala siya. 'Di nagparinig ako. Sabi ko kay Lizza, "Okay lang yung nakikidaan 'wag lang sisingit, noh." 'Di na makatingin. Hehe. Anyway, at the mall, we went straight to the cinema to choose a movie. Tracy chose the Tagalog flick "Two Timer" cause she has a crush on Wendell Ramos. Haha. Not all good-looking guys can make good movies. And I was right. The movie sucked. With Pinoy R18 flicks concerned, I'd say "Gamitan" was so much better.

We went to Libis after. We stayed in Famous Mike's with Tracy's friends. We played billiards and most of my shots weren't good. So most of the time I just sat down, drinking and smoking. We stayed there for quite a long time. Almost 5 hours, I think. Tracy's friends are fun to hang out with, even if I was just watching them. And you know what? Tracy's friend Niki brought her mom. Ugh, that parent acts like a teenager and is as frank as a child. But she's really hyper and funny, although sometimes I don't know if they were laughing with her or at her. She also complimented me on my figure but said that I was dressed like an 8-year old. First of all, I was at a normally chill-out place (but it Nescafe launch made the place livelier than usual). I usually just wear a cute tee and flares with comfy shoes there. Secondly, she had no right to insult me like that. As I always say, everyone is entitled to their opinion. But perhaps a little tact wouldn't hurt.

Eventually, my mood changed. This guy approached me and asked kung pwede makipagkilala. So I said sure. I don't usually do that anyway. I'm a bit of a snob. But he looked nice so I even agreed to give my number when he asked for it.

What a day. Night. Whatever.

As always, I'm stuck at home and bored to death. Being out of school actually sucks, but I do get to surf the net more often. And it's one of my favorite things to do. Speaking of which, I came across this site which allows you to make ice cream cones. Haha. Here's mine:

vanilla, caramel, m&ms...yum!

I went to gurl.com, my favorite website, and took the Looks test. I took it lots of times to come up with different results but the first one I got was "Ice Queen". I guess it's true because the ice queen supposedly wears simple clothes, like button-downs. That's so me.

Ice Queen Island Girl

The first picture is that of the Ice Queen. And the second one is The Island Girl. My older sister got this result. And it's so her as well. She's been going to the beach a lot.

Just got home from Los Banos today. My family spent 3 days & 2 nights there. So I guess I'll backtrack...

We got there at around 7am. Since I didn't sleep much the night before, I immediately dozed off. I woke up at around 1pm. I spent some time looking for scary shit to watch on TV. None at all. In fact, there was nothing interesting to watch. So I went to the cemetery to visit Tatay's grave. And saw the worst case scenario for a supposedly solemn place. Stalls selling all kinds of food like some damn market or something. Kids throwing glowsticks in the air as if it's some amusement park. People having picnics by the gravestones. Geez. First time I saw something like that. But not that I'm k.j. or anything. Fun is good. I love fun. But in a place like the cemetery? I was expecting a nice, quiet (deathly boring) visit. Ah whatever. Let someone else rant about respect for the dead.

After that, we all freshened up & went to my cousin Randee's house. To tell you the truth, I was kinda bored. Tracy & Lizza as well. So, we didn't stay for a long time. My cousins & I just finished one bottle of Island Punch & went home. I watched "Thirteen Ghosts" (again!) with my cousin Julius, who by the way is both annoying & funny whenever he's drunk---which he was. We slept right after.

The following day, I just lazed around all day long. Truly a vacation. Evening came & I watched MGB with Tracy, Julius & my other cousin, John. MGB is my annual share of scare. I especially needed it because I didn't get scared much during Halloween & All Saints' Day this year. And it works. I did get scared. My favorite segments were the ones featuring UP Diliman & UP Los Banos. Yiii... The places featured in Los Banos were places I used to go to a lot, which were Baker Hall & St. Therese church. The fact that we were right there in Los Banos made it even scarier.

After that, we went to Randee's house again. It was a lot more fun this time because we used up two bottles of Island Punch & had the karaoke all to ourselves. Would you believe that I sang a Britney Spears song in front of everyone? Well, along with everyone else, of course. Hehe. But since I got tipsy, I still managed to get out of the house & feel the crisp, cold air to sneak a smoke from time to time.

We watched this movie when we got home. It's called "Jeepers Creepers". It's just really weird & disgusting. But it gave me nightmares. It happens when I drink a lot then watch a movie. But not necessarily a scary one.

Halloween this year really stands out from all the others.
