I'm all out of smokes. Me and my bro finished the whole ream of Marlboro Lights in less than 2 months. I tried using up one pack a month but since there's two of us, plus the fact that we started smoking every night, it all just disappeared. Even I was surprised.
Anyway, my bro has 3 days off this week, starting on Saturday. We have plans of going to Houston just so we can say that we went someplace else. Plus, I'm sure as hell that Houston is 10x better than College Station. I don't know why but I guess I'm just used to people all dressed up and life being fast-paced because I grew up in the city. I actually slept and woke up to the sound of honking cars back home and it didn't bother me one bit. But here, it's just eerie, deafening...silence.

I still can't believe I blew 2 weeks' allowance on clothes and stuff. The only thing on my shopping list were 2 pairs of capris and 2 pairs of shoes. I ended up buying a lot more, especially when I saw the items' price tags. But at least I spent it on that for a change. In Pinas, I use all my money on gimiks and vicey stuff. That's even worse considering my allowance there was measly compared to the one I have here.
Enough of spring shopping. I also went bowling at Wolf Pen last Wednesday. I had a little more fun than I expected. At first, I didn't even want to come but my brother managed to talk me into it. Well, why didn't I want to come anyway? Um...cause I don't know how to bowl. To be more specific, I've never tried bowling my entire life. But I didn't want to be k.j. so I decided to try it on for size. And would you believe, I managed to get 2 spares and 1 strike! Well, I'm glad to know that I wasn't a clumsy bowler. Sure, I got a few gutter balls but I didn't feel embarrassed or anything because it was a good try for a first-timer. I guess there is such thing as beginner's luck. Hehehe...

I'm taking a sabbatical from dark colors for now. I've used black and dark blue way too many times. Not only in my webpage but also in the clothes I wear. And besides, it's springtime. For two months I didn't sweat or anything so I felt kinda dirty and all. Yesterday, Jay and I took Taylor and Koda to a nearby playground. We walked there so it was kinda tiring. But totally cool with me. I got to exercise, plus I had fun with the kids. The only downside was that Taylor kept whining all the way home. That kid is such a brat. But I gotta love 'em, otherwise I'd have a hard time babysitting.
This babysitting thing is bringing down my brain level to that of a 3-yr old's. Well, at first. But with my GED reviewing, I got back on track. Although that still didn't stop me from being inspired by the Care Bears. (Yes, the new images on my home page are actually care bears' stares!) Lately, Taylor and Koda have been watching their Care Bears movies a lot. I just found the bears so cute I decided to adopt their symbols. Hehe.
Hmmm...
I'm out of school, I babysit for money, and I'm home all the time. (Well, for now.)

My brother and I went to different places last night. He went to Concepts with Anne and I went to P.O.E.T.S. (again...) with Rex and Audra. I would've gone with Jay but I didn't want to be out of place. Well, I just had a feeling that I would be. And besides, pool is more of my thing. Even if I didn't really play good last night. Oh yeah, Rex's friend Brian and his friends also followed us there. I think the guys' names were Blaine and Dan. There was a girl, too, but I forgot her name. My bad. You know what? They kinda dominated the pool table, which was a bit of a bummer. But who was I to complain? I never even pay for any of our games. Although the expression on my face showed slight signs of boredom.
By the way, I also bought a GED test-prep book. Since I don't have my transcript right now, I might as well just try to get a GED certificate to get into college. Well, I got bad grades back in high school, anyway...hehehe...
