INCIDENT REPORT: (Nihilum, 1st Week, 2nd Day, 6 BP)
Incident: After successful defense of office from Anarchist mob [see Case Report RJ-1002], mob was still milling in square. A mezzoloth (bar owner) emerged from the nearby tiefling bar and cast a cloudkill spell on the crowd, killing at least twenty civilians. Due to volatile nature of situation, it was unable to be apprehended. 
Note: Future attempt to enter bar to effect arrest will require preparation for dealing with powerful nature of the mezzoloth, plus probable multiple blue gang hostility .
