Incident:
The bar next to the station partially collapsed, killing the mezzoloth owner. I
intend classify the bar ruins as a Crime Scene and Public Hazard, claiming said
building at the Hall of Records in the name of the Harmonium.
Witnesses:
Griffon and deputy Voronis.
Note:
To discourage looting, I directed the patrol to remove all articles of value
from the crime scene. During this process, I discovered three pieces of metal
embedded in various places, which I suspect may be part of a bomb casing. Evidence will be sent to the Barracks.
Note: A
tiefling wearing a red bandana was observed in the crowd immediately following
the destruction of the bar.
Addendum: The arcanoloth Shemeshka seized ownership of the bar and constructed a building [see Case Report RJ-1022].
