INCIDENT REPORT: (INCIDENT REPORT: (Nihilum, 1st Week, 3rd Day, 2 BP)
Incident: Human named Conley reports being robbed of 500 jinx by two tanar'gres. He led patrol to the same area, and the two tanar'gres attack patrol. The tanar'gres were slain, and their lair discovered [Note to collectors to clean up remains in the house]. Found in the house was a bag matching Conley's description, containing 50 jinx and three small bags of white powder [later discovered to have haste capabilities -- See report RJ-1007]. When confronted with the discrepancy, Conley lied to this officer, claiming 500 jinx and no knowledge of the powder. Having no experience with this substance, Conley was arrested on suspicion of possession and/or trafficking in controlled substances. During his arrest, he attempted to escape, assaulting a deputy in the process.
