Security: Standard
Submitted: Ransom Jones, Measure One

CASE REPORT: RJ-1002
Perpetrator: blue gang members (tieflings, names unknown) and tangres, led by glabretzu Q-Son
Faction Allegiance: Revolutionary League
Priority: Red Three (high)
Warrants: assault on Harmonium patrol, attempted murder, breaking and entry, property damage to Harmonium station, arson, incitement to riot

INCIDENT REPORT: (Nihilum, 1st Week, 2nd Day, 6 BP)
Incident: Mob formed in square, led by Anarchists who urged them to burn everything. Many fires visible in nearby areas of the neighborhood. Molotov cocktails observed being thrown at buildings. Numerous blue bandana gang members visible (tieflings). Patrol was unable to clearly see leaders of mob, but voices stated they were upset with Factol Sarin's decision to send troops to Prime. Situation was rapidly deteriorating, and patrol pulled back to defend station and give shelter to Old Bastard from nearby general store. Mob attacked station and attempted to burn through door. Blue gang members broke through roof and attacked as Anarchist fighters attacked at door. Invaders defeated after protracted battle. One blue gang member (male tiefling) and one Anarchist fighter taken into custody, rest of invaders slain in battle. Remains of mob attacked by mezzoloth [see Case Report RJ-1003].
Suspects: Anarchist symbols noticed among mob leaders.
Witnesses: Old Bastard (human), owner of nearby general store; Uva (githzerai), owner of nearby magic and book store.
Evidence: Hole indicating entry through roof, burn damage to outer door, damage to station interior, burned houses, damage to patrol members.
Addendum:
Mover Four Azrik reported on the widespread arson throughout Sigil. He also said there were indications that Cadyx seemed to be active again.
Addendum:
Jailer Hedrick questioned Anarchist prisoner. He claimed that a cambion mole Anarchist has infiltrated the priests of St. Cuthbert on the planet Earth (Prime). He also claimed that Sarin has lost his paladinhood, and offered evidence that he is always seen next to a priest of St. Cuthbert.
Addendum: One corpse possibly on Harmonium Wanted list. Set aside for identification.

FOLLOW-UP REPORT 1: (Nihilum, 1st Week, 2nd Day, 2 AP)
Incident: Blue gang prisoner killed by Jailer Hedrick during escape attempt. Prisoner unlocked handcuffs, cast darkness spell and attacked Hedrick. Slaying of prisoner determined to be self-defense.
Addendum: During this day, Azrik passed custody of a glabrezu prisoner temporarily to station. Glabrezu prisoner returned to Azrik, and Anarchist prisoner transferred to Azrik's custody.

FOLLOW-UP REPORT 2: (Mortis, 1st Week, 6th Day, 8 AP)
Incident: The station was again attacked. The assault was timed to coincide with the absence of a patrol. Station was invaded and ransacked by tieflings under the influence of Speed Powder. Commendation to Sandman Jethro for refusing to reveal location of treasury, even upon threat of death. Commendations for two citizens who came to aid of the station: Bedlam, a Nagatai Dustman mage; and Gilcrest, a clueless Rilmari (Argenach) warrior/priest of St. Cuthbert from Fortitude (see Deputies/Section Patrol for their details). Bedlam succeeded in webbing the station interior, trapping most of the perpetrators.

Addendum: Azrik and his patrol arrived for an inspection and helped us extract the four prisoners (remainder of attackers were killed or fled).
Note: Puskar, the Taker from the fighting school, offered the help of his hired fighters, should we need them, for a cost of 5000 jinx.
Note: Gilcrest and Bedlam agreed to serve as deputies. I took Gilcrest to meet Father Orlando the next day.
FOLLOW-UP REPORT 3: (Mortis, 2nd Week, 1st Day, 11 BP)
Incident: The largest assault on the station yet. Many tieflings from the Warrens using trash barricades for cover, plus a large group of tanagre using a catapault. We noticed the build-up to attack, and were able to make preparations. Reinforcements were sent for. Bedlam purchased a group of zombies which, though repellant, proved effectual in the combat. All tieflings were under the influence of the white powder. After an hour of fighting, the Harmonium were victorious with only one loss of life (one of the reinforcements; I will take personal responsibility in arranging his raising), while much death was visited upon the attackers. Nine prisoners were taken by battle's end. They chanted "Q-Sun" and "he'll return."
FOLLOW-UP REPORT 4: (Mortis, 2nd Week, 1st Day, 2 AP)
Incident: Another attack, this by 3 tanagres and 18 tieflings, all using the powder. All tanagres and 12 tieflings were killed, with 6 tieflings captured.
Note: Interrogation revealed that the one behind these attacks, and possible one source of the white powder, is a glabretzu named Q-Son who lives in the largest stone building in the Warrens.
Note: Verne the grocer offered the aid of the white-robed Brotherhood of Humans. They were called upon during the battle, as we had little chance to recover from the previous battle (one of them was slain).
Note: Five of the tiefling prisoners were children. Griffon agreed that Gilcrest could take them to Father Orlando's orphanage, where they were accepted into his care. Note: Bordumus returned in time for this encounter.
FOLLOW-UP REPORT 5: (Mortis, 2nd Week, 2nd Day, 7 BP)
Incident: Patrol entered the Warrens in search of Q-Son. Inside his building we fought and killed 3 tanagre guards. A laddered chute was located, leading to an underground stream which opened into Q-Son's lair. The creature was slain, but Rithok was pulled into a water whirlpool portal and Bordumus jumped after him. Voronis soon followed, and then the rest of us.
Note: We were unable to escape from the underwater room save through the portal. Attempts to tell our intentions to the guards we left above proved futile.
