INCIDENT REPORT: (Nihilum, 1st Week, 1st Day, 3 BP)
Incident: Female tiefling reported her brother was attacked. She led us to row houses by Sandstone Wall, where corpse was observed by wall. Three tanar'gres confronted and attempted to extort patrol. Upon failure, they attacked patrol. Tiefling joined attack against us using a magic missle wand. Tiefling and one tanar'gre were killed, the other two fled. 
Suspects: Two wounded tanar'gre, probably still in the area hiding in one of the buildings. 
Analysis: Simple extortion racket. Tanar'gres will probably start up operations again soon. [See Case Report RJ-1004]
Notes: Deputized five (5) citizens to form section patrol.
