Welcome to Zsharra,

The Emirate of Sand, home to the great Babkhan salt mines, the legendary Sandworms and the golden city of Azarkhak. This land of rolling dunes and towering mountains of ragged stone is every bit as harsh as it looks. The fierce Zsharran people are a mixture of Babkhan, Báatharzi, native R'kaniyah and Nerth'jazi, plus other tribal groups. Warriors to the end, the Zsharrans maintain one of the most militaristic areas of the Babkhan Kingdom.

The Zsharra is a vast and desolate desert that stretches from the burning equator in the north, to the frozen sands of the tundra in the south. The desert conforms with the changing climate like none elsewhere on the planet, adapting from hot to temperate to cold, the everlasting sands refusing to quit. Stradled across these sands are varying oasises ranging in size, from tiny islets of green to the verdant paradise of Agrabah. Among the desert's native creatures, the famous Babkhan Sandworms make their home here, burrowing deep into the vast sands and hiding in uncharted locations out of the sight of man.
