METABOLIC RATE:Means how fast your whole system runs. The more the muscle mass the greater the metabolic rate.

METABOLISM:The use of nutrients by the body. Doing exercise keeps a good metabolism going to lose weight.

NUTRIENTS:Components of food to help nourish the body. This is important to build muscle.
