to know about Dieting and Exercise
FAT: Contains nine calories per gram. Limit the Fat content to help lose weight.
GORGING: Means eating big amounts of food. In order to have a healthy diet avoid doing this.
GRAZING: Means frequent feedings that are in small amounts of food. This is recommended to maintain energy thoughout the day.
HAMSTRINGS: Also known as the back of the thigh. To work the hamstrings do dumbbell lunges, standing leg curls, lying leg curls, or straight-leg deadlifts.
INTENSITY: Measuring how much force or energy is put doing something. Lifting weights should have great intensity to build muscle.
