Research says that not only does high-intensity training burn fat more effectively than low-intensity exercise-up to 50 percent more efficiently it also speeds up your metabolism and keeps it revved up for some time after your workout. So forget about the calories burned the majority of the calories will be used up the hour after the workouts, provided we don't eat for one hour after exercise sessions.
To further enhace the fat-burning effects of these workouts, do them in the morning, in a fasted state before eating. Scientific studies indicate that fat is burned much faster up to 300 percent faster when you exercise in the morning as opposed to doing the same exercise in the afternoon. By the way if your primary goal is to lose body fat, then do your weight training in the morning on an empty stomach, too. Doing aerobics for 30 minutes three times per week on an empty stomach will definitely help you lose the unwanted body fat. I speak from experience I lost weight doing this excercise program that I'm providing for you.
